6ft (backing to another home or roadway). Waterfront lots: 48" on rear line with transition from 72" to 48" on sides.

Setback / Placement

10ft minimum from front corner of home on either side. Corner lots: 5ft from edge of sidewalk. Townhome units not permitted to add fences.

Gate Requirements

Good side of fence must face outward. No posts or stringers visible from outside.

Additional Rules

• Townhome units are NOT permitted to add fences
• Good side must face outward — no posts or stringers visible from outside
• Fences abutting existing fence/perimeter wall must graduate in height to meet, leaving no gaps
• Fences may NOT be installed in drainage easements or wetland conservation buffer easements
• All governmental permits are homeowner responsibility, obtained after ACC approval
• Must comply with all County and Association requirements, whichever is most stringent
• Approved projects must be completed within 6 months or ACC approval expires
