5 foot side yard setback maximum. 5 foot setback from rear lot line for both fences and screen enclosures. Fences must be extended in line with the building envelope. Attached units (TH, Villas, Quads): 2.5 feet on each side and 5 feet from the back line.

60-inch (5 foot) wide gate on at least one side. No gates along rear fence wall.

Additional Rules

• Bronze only - no other colors
• Landscape/irrigation changes for fence at homeowner expense
• Homeowners responsible for replacing sod/plants damaged by animals in fenced area
• Declarant can change guidelines at any time without approval
