No fence within 10 feet from the corner of the shortest side of the home. Corner lot setback: 10 feet from the sidewalk (utility easement).

Additional Rules

• All landscape alongside fence must be properly maintained
• If owner installs fence/wall around home with ACC approval, owner must maintain Common Areas no longer accessible to HOA
