Setback / Placement

Fences shall not be installed flush to ground — drainage must not be blocked. Corner lots have specific community standards (see Sec 15.9). Drainage easement fences not expected to be approved by ACC.

• Fences must not block drainage — not installed flush to ground
• Drainage easement fences not expected to be approved
• If fence is in drainage easement with ACC approval, owner solely responsible for repair/replacement
• Corner lots must refer to community-specific fence standards (Sec 15.9)
