6 feet (PVC side/rear), 4 feet (rear facing street/buffer/common area)

Setback / Placement

Cannot extend forward beyond rear corners of home. Corner lots: 15ft from side street. Lots facing street/buffer/common: fence setback 3ft from rear property line.

Allowed Colors

white (PVC), black (aluminum)

Primary Material

6ft white pvc tongue groove semi privacy

Gate Requirements

Gates max 48 inches wide (60 inch case-by-case). Must connect to fence or pier. Must match height, material, style and color of fence.

Additional Rules

• NO OTHER FENCE TYPES OR MATERIALS ALLOWED
• Fences must begin and end at a structure - no freestanding fence
• Posts must be set in concrete for stability
• Finished side must face outward
• Must tie into neighboring fences along common property lines
• Fences set 2 inches above grade for surface drainage
• Landscaping required on rear yard fencing visible from street/buffer/common area
• Landscaping at planting must be 24 inch tall and spaced 36 inch on center
• Transitional element (brick or stucco pier) may be required where 6ft PVC meets 4ft aluminum
• Application requires 7 items: application, survey, photos, fence brochure, contractor specs, landscape plan, neighbor access form
• Owners encouraged to work with preferred fence contractors
