- Posts must be set in concrete for stability

- Must tie into neighboring fences along common property lines
- Fences set 2 inches above grade for surface drainage
- Landscaping required on rear yard fencing visible from street/buffer/common area
- Landscaping at planting must be 24 inch tall and spaced 36 inch on center
- Transitional element (brick or stucco pier) may be required where 6ft PVC meets 4ft aluminum
- Application requires 7 items: application, survey, photos, fence brochure, contractor specs, landscape plan, neighbor access form
