Interior/Corner/Water lots: Fence must meet side of home no greater than 5ft from rear corner. Corner lots: 3ft min from sidewalk on street side. Water lots: cannot encroach lake maintenance or lake bank easements.

Gate Requirements

At least one gate minimum 54" wide required. Gate hardware must be black or painted black.

Additional Rules

• Dog runs or any fence shape looking like a dog run are SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED
• Interior lot = not on preserve, wetland, lake, or corner
• Water lot fence cannot encroach lake maintenance or bank easements
• Swimming pool fence: 4-5ft black/bronze aluminum at pool deck perimeter (not property perimeter)
• ACC application requires survey showing fence location
• Municipal permits are homeowner responsibility — building permit does not equal ACC approval
